Business and Culture in the Francophone World

In this course, we will analyze cross-cultural issues in the Francophone world to increase our understanding of the global marketplace. Course content will focus on oral and written communication (correspondence, meeting protocol, negotiation), business models (traditional as well as micro-lending and social entrepreneurship) and marketing (transcultural, advertising, case studies). Opportunity to take Paris Chamber of Commerce Exam for Business French at end of semester.
