Congratulations to Romance Studies PhD student, Nicolás Sánchez, who was awarded the 2019 Mellon/ACLS Dissertation Completion Fellowship for The Minted-City: Money, Value, and Crises of Representation in Nineteenth-Century Colombia, 1825-1903. The fellowship provides a stipend and research funds, as well as an academic job market seminar.
